Private Elon E. Hill was born 11 June 1893 and was Killed in Action in a battlefield near Verdun France 16 September 1918. He was attached to Headquarters Company 60 Infantry A.E.F. His body was returned to the US and buried in Glenwood Cemetery, Oneida New York 17 December 1922.
