US Navy PO 2nd Class Seaman LeRoy Allen Mott was recruted in Syracuse and lived in Kenwood, NY. He was a farmworker and was born August 3, 1899 and died September 19, 1918 from Influenza. He is buried in Jordan Cemetery, Waterford Connecticut. His training station was Newport RI August 7, 1918, boarded his ship in Boston September 11, 1918 and died in Chelsea Naval Hospital September 19, 1918.
