PFC Earl Down lived at 76 Washington Avenue, Oneida, NY. He was with the US Army Casual Det. 153rd Dept. Brig., Camp Dix, NJ. Born in Kirkville November 11, 1893 and Died of lobar pneumonia, September 30, 1918. He was 24 years old and was inducteted into the army May 16, 1918. Survived by his father Frank E. Down and mother Nettie M. Lawson. He was buried in Glenwood Cemetery, Oneida, New York
