Staff Sergeant Richard Burton Bradley was from Oneida, New York and was born on 2 June 1918. He was 47 and married, when he died on 16 November 1965. Staff Sergeant Bradley was a Specialist Sixth Class assigned to C company, 7th Cavalry, 1st Battalion U.S. Army fighting in the la Drang Valley, South Vietnam. Staff Sergeant Bradley was a career soldier, married with three children. He died by hostile fire by multi-fragment wounds and his body was recovered. His name is located at panel 3E line 64 on the Vietnam Memorial. His body rests in Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia.
