Corporal Kenneth Gage Havens from Oneida was born 19 October 1946. Corporal Havens was in the U.S. Army and was 23 and single when he died on 21 October 1969. Kenneth was assigned to the 1st Air Cavalry Division, 7th Cavalry near Tay Ninh, South Vietnam in May 1969. He was killed in a mine explosion as his recon patrol was returning to their base. His name is located on panel 17W line 101 on the Vietnam Memorial. His body rests in Glenwood Cemetery, Oneida, New York.
